What is my ORG ID?

Contact your company administrator for your ORG ID. It is needed when you register for the first time.

How do I get started/register?

To get started/register follow these simple steps:

1. Download the TimeOn from the Apple App Store or Google PlayStore.
2. Open TimeOn and click "Register" link under the Login button.
3. Take a picture of yourself by clicking on the camera icon, fill in all the fields and click the "Register" button.

How do I select a site?

To select the site: 1. Click on the "Location" link on the bottom menu to display the list of sites. 2. Click on the name of the site you want. The map will change to the location of the site. 3. If the site is not on the list, contact your company administator.

How do I Time on and off?

1. Login using the TimeOn mobile app
2. Make sure you have selected a site and click on the "Home" bottom menu link.
3. Once you are sucessfully recognised by TimeOn, a "Time On" button will be displayed.
4. Click the button to "Time On"
5. The "Time Off" button will be displayed if you are already clocked in.

How do I see how much time I've spent on site?

1. Login using the TimeOn mobile app
2. Click on the "Summary" menu link at the bottom of the screen.
3. A weekly summary will be displayed with current tracking.
